In this episode, we’re going to talk about a very special project that we’ve been working on for a while: our ambassador program! If you’re interested in being a part of our community, receiving premium content for free, and growing your network, you’ll enjoy listening to this episode.

I talk about:

  • The perks of the ambassador program (there are many!)
  • Why we started this program in the first place
  • The kind of photographers we’re looking to collaborate with

& much more!

I hope you take the time to listen to this episode. We’re very excited to launch this program and help you take your photography to the next level!

Here is a preview of this episode.

Q: Why did we start this program in the first place?

I think it’s very important for photographers to have a community where they can feel encouraged and inspired, a community they can go to whenever they need advice or just encouragement. This program will help passionate and talented photographers do exactly that. It will also provide photographers with inspiration, exposure, and a bunch of other amazing perks.

This is basically the foundation of the ambassador program. Our goal is to support photographers, bring them together, and provide them with all sorts of opportunities.

We’re also planning to challenge these photographers in a bunch of creative ways. So if you’re into writing, for example, we would encourage you to write some articles for the website. You’d get a chance to talk about something that you’re really passionate about and get exposure at the same time. If you like making videos, we’d encourage you to make a few videos for our YouTube channel.

Q: Who should join the ambassador program?

We’d love to work with you if photography is your passion. If the idea of being a photographer with a voice makes you feel overjoyed, you should definitely consider joining our program! You should also consider joining our program if you enjoy learning about photography by:

  • reading articles
  • watching videos
  • joining online courses
  • experimenting with different photography products

If the idea of teaching excites you, then you’ll definitely love being an ambassador. Whether it’s a simple photography tip or a video tutorial, we’re always looking for high-quality content that we can share in our community.

If you want to be a role model in the photography community, or if you’re just a friendly person who enjoys meeting new people and talking about photography with them, then you might enjoy being an ambassador.

If any of these points relate to you, or if you feel like they summarise you as a photographer, then you should definitely consider joining our program. We’d love to get to know you and have you as a part of our team.

You don’t need to have a lot of followers. You don’t need to have a lot of experience, either. In fact, if you’re a young photographer, if you’re struggling financially and you cannot invest in photography content, we’ll be more than happy to help you and collaborate with you. You just need to love photography.

I wish I had something like this when I was starting out as a photographer because I really wanted to be a part of a community back then. Eventually, I became a part of one, but it took a lot of time and a lot of effort.

With this program, we’re basically giving you everything you need to start improving your work, meeting new people, and making connections. It’s also an opportunity to get better at teaching people about photography. In my opinion, teaching is a great skill to have in general, and it can help you in other areas of your life.
