So, don’t some DSLR camera’s take HD Video these days too? How do they compare?

As an aspiring photographer, how can video help me?

  2. There are quite a few DSLR’s out there that offer HD Video clips. In fact you can find them for under $1,000. For wedding and other event photographers it just makes sense to have the ability to take short clips as you’re taking photographs. Why hire a photographer and a videographer when you can combine them into one? I’m just wondering when Apple is going to finally make a phone that shoots HD Video that is also the best Digital SLR, oh and small enough to fit in your pocket.

  3. I bought the studio and it works pretty good. If I were to do it again, I’d probably spend more on a wireless microphone, and a better tripod. The videos it takes are really sharp. The lighting really helps.

  4. Wireless microphones can be expensive, like 100+ and then still have issues with interference. If you want a great setup with a wireless mic I recommend switching out the camera with a new ipod touch and using a bluetooth headset of some sort.
